How often should I wash my hair extensions?

Wash your extensions every 2 to 3 days.

For your best results, use professional products.

 

How do I care for my hair extensions?

 

Here are the DOs and DON'Ts when taking care of your hair extensions.

DOs :

  1. Brush your hair regularly. Avoid tangles for the long lasting looks of your extensions.

2.Gentle wash. Don't forget to detangle before washing your hair.                                

      Start shampooing from the top and gradually shift down.                                              

      Rinse well, and use a conditioner to maintain your silky smooth hair extensions.          

       Rinse well again. Finish up with a leave-in conditioner and dry.                                     

DONT's:

   1.Blow dry in high heat. Use low heat setting to avoid damage to hair.

2.Avoid contact with salt / chlorine water

 

What is the length of hair extensions?

All lengths are in inches, and we have 10, 12, 14, 16, 18, 20, 22, 24, 26, and 28.

Hair extension lengths of 30 - 40 inches are also available as a custom order.

Return Policy:

Due to the exclusive nature of our business and demand for our hair, all sales are final.

Exchanges must be made within 7 days of receiving your order in ORIGINAL condition, ORIGINAL packaging, with receipt included. Include a note with your name, phone number, preferred email address, and a written exchange request advising us of what you would like to exchange the product for. Please email OSMOND to let him know that the exchange is on the way, why you were dissatisfied, and what you would like to exchange.

Once the return is received, we will contact you via email to confirm and process the exchange. You are responsible for all exchange shipping fees unless Osmond’s Imported Human Hair was at fault.

 

If it is determined that Osmond’s Imported Human Hair is the party at fault, we shall refund or exchange the product at no additional cost to the customer.

OSMOND'S client's happiness is our first priority.

 

NOTE:

Inspect the hair WITHOUT unwrapping the bundles or removing the rubber-bands to make sure the product is to your satisfaction. If you are unsure, please show your stylist.

 

Chemical alterations or any modifications make all guarantees null and void! We cannot accept back any human hair that has been installed or altered (including washed, brushed, combed or cut).
