Hair extensions of 30 - 40 inches are also available by custom order. Please call OSMOND to order, or make an appointment for a private consultation and viewing. 

Due to the exclusive nature of OSMOND'S business and demand for OSMOND'S hair, all sales are final. No refunds. Exchanges must be made within 7 days of receiving your order in ORIGINAL condition, ORIGINAL packaging, with receipt included. Include a note with your name, phone number, preferred email address, and a written exchange request advising OSMOND of what you would like to exchange the product for. 

Please email OSMOND to let him know that the exchange is on the way, why you were dissatisfied, and what you would like to exchange. Send your hair back IN A BOX with signature confirmation to:

Once the return is received, OSMOND will contact you via email to confirm and process the exchange. You are responsible for all exchange shipping fees unless Osmond’s Imported Human Hair was at fault. If it is determined that Osmond’s Imported Human Hair is the party at fault, OSMOND shall refund or exchange the product at no additional cost to the customer. OSMOND' client's happiness is our first priority.

NOTE: Inspect the hair without unwrapping the bundles or removing the rubber-bands to make sure the product is to your satisfaction. If you are unsure, please show your stylist. Chemical alterations or any modifications make all guarantees null and void! We cannot accept back any human hair that has been installed or altered (including washed, brushed, combed or cut).
